I made this layout for my friend Maybelle Ngo. These are pictures of her son Gabriel with an "Ouchie". The star was stamped using the Prima Build-a-Frame stamp and I added 7 Gypsies rub-ons. Papers are from the new Dude Line of Prima.

Bits and Pieces

This was so much fun to do! I always keep extra cut-outs of patterned papers in a small box. I mean, I went through the trouble of cutting them so I better keep them and use them - right? For this layout, I just grabbed the bits of paper I have collected in that box and created a collage. The only paper here that was not from my scraps is the background cardstock.

Prima is having a "Go Green" feature over at the blog. We are trying to create projects from the packaging materials. Here is what I did with the Painterly Petals container. I loved that it came with a black and white printed backing paper so I used that for the background. Next, the flowers were held by a plastic container that was slightly lifted from the box. I used these as holders for my pictures. I just added some flowers and crystals.

Here is a layout featuring Urban Cosmos papers and the new Crystal Centers.

Here is one of my husband's aunt and niece. I used the new Tea and Silk papers.

And this one is a quick and fun page I did for our Disney album. The papers are the paintables and I just added the rub-ons of Daisy D's.

I have not been able to update this blog and I have not been able to blog hop either for quite some time now. I have been caught up with work. We are doing a business/ franchising expo and it is pretty tough to put together. Anyway, I still got to crop - YAY! Some of the girls at badgirlskits had some challenges for the weekend crop and I managed to create a few quick pages. Here are some...

And this is my challenge- to include product merchandise in your layout. I love the postcards and tags from Starbucks and wanted to do something with it. So here goes...

From A Vintage Comic Book

Wendy always surprises us with her kits at Badgirls. For this month, she included in each kit a page from a vintage comic book and some vintage tickets! I love it! I would never have found something like that on my own. Here is a couple of layouts I created with the comic book page and the tickets.
Here is another surprise... in the same kit is some of the new AC papers and Bampop frames! Again, who would think that you can combine vintage finds and something as modern as Bampop in one kit? I just love Wendy's style.
