Rewind...

Ok, these are not the new CHA release of October Afternoon. These papers are from the Winter CHA 2008 collection. Because of my location, I just got the box containing the Detours and Daydream line when all of my Co-DTs are already playing with the new line of OA! Ugh talk about being jealous! But I'm still glad I got my hands on these beautiful papers.

Other materials: Riff Raff Chipboard, Junkitz mini felt flowers, K and Co Die-Cut words, 7 Gypsies ATC card, MME Transparency (red line), Jeni Bowlin ticket, and a beautiful hand-made felt flower by my co-Filipina scrapper Alidz!

Photo by my friend Lumeng Lim! Other materials: Hambly overlay, Fancy Pants Felt, Scenic Route Chipboard, brads, twill letters.

"Inspired"

I am so in-love with the new line of Websters which is "Inspired". Here is a layout which I created for the CHA show. I would also like to share with you a scrapbooking store in Australia which carries beautiful chipboard. The flower chipboard here and the bird and flourish chipboard I used in "Looking Out" was from that store. The designs are fantastic and the material is very sturdy. It can withstand lots of paint and heating so you can really experiment with it. Here is the link to the store.

Prima Build A Page

First of all I want to appologize for being MIA in the blog world, the forums, and the boards. This first trimester thing is not very fun for me right now. I'm always nauseous and sleepy. I can't eat so much but I have to eat every now and then otherwise I feel sick. I miss visiting your blogs and I promise to visit you soon once I'm feeling a bit better. Right now, I have to devote the time I'm ok during the day to taking care of my family and to work.

Anyway, I managed to create one page for Prima this month and it's for the Build-A-Page, using a sketch by the super talented Anam Stubbington!!!

Here is my take. Please visit the Prima blog to see the other beautiful creations by the wonderful DT and I hope you can join in the fun. There are prizes to be won!

Easy To Be Green Contest

Prima's "Easy To Be Green" contest is underway, but there is still plenty of time to dig out your Prima containers and re-purpose them! Here is a direct link to the contest rules: Easy To Be Green Contest Details

Here is something I made from the wooden box of the Naturally Flower collection (507336).I just painted the box white, added some torn strips of the Angelique paper, a few Prima embellishments (Elysee lace, Voila felt, Say It In Crystals, Painterly Petals flowers and Renaissance flowers) and it's done.

Contest is open to legal residents of all countries. And the 1st prize is valued at $600 worth of Prima Products! WOW!

Deadline for entry is June 30, 2008 Midnight PST. By the way, a Prima container must be used in a recognizable fashion and the color green must be included on the project in some manner.

Good luck!

Just sharing some layouts I made for the June Kit of Badgirls. Here is Nicole in her sweetest "Mommy can I?" look. How can I resist right?

This one is special. Her grandma had a bed custom made for her and Nicole loved it. It's her first big girl bed.

And this one is a layout of the DH of my friend Liza who happens to be an amazing scrapper. Nelo is very supportive of Liza in her craft and we admire him for that.
